Like Butter Neck Cream!

A great new addition
First time using a neck cream. I have been bringing my face products down my neck and chest. But I wanted to kick it up a notch, to soon to tell on all the claims. I love how thick and creamy it is, very hydrating and makes my skin so soft. Doesn't break me out either.
